My self as a pirate.

“Hello my name is marama the most dangerous pirate of all”. “People call me that because I beat up a shark with my bare hands”,Well some people say that I just failed, but they don't know what they're talking about” .The shark was a great white.” Do you believe that I even got a picture of it?, “Do you want to see?” I will take that as a yes”.

One time I went bungee jumping while there was hungry piranhas. I jumped off and the rope broke so I just flicked it on the nose and it swam away. While I was thinking about the piranhas there was a big waterfall,it was so big I call of died but I'm  the most dangerous pirate of all. So I can do anything.

There was a problem that I started to be scared of the things I normally do “ that`s not right I sadly said to  my friends”there names are Hannah, Jennifer and Emma. They just said I'm dreaming. I said I will prove it and they said or “ al-right if you're lying you have to buy me junk food.”All right. I showed them and I was scared they said “the only thing to solve this is a kiss from a price.” “I said as long as hes cute.

I travelled and travelled in till I got to London I met the prince charming I said  can we kiss ones but I  will put a tissei on lips. He’s said OK but what is it for I said so I can be brave again he said why you're a women prince charming said women have to clean after me. When he said that I just slapped him across the face.”I have to find another prince because prince charming is a egg”.

I was just sitting on the step and then prince Shrek came  but in human he looked better as a human. I said happily “can we kiss once but I will  put a tissue on my lips”. He said “yes but what for he said,” I said “because I need to be brave again: he said al-right and we did and then I went back to normal and me and Shrek got together happily ever after.

Waitangi day

On a hot boiling day it was waitangi day.I was so hot that  my body was sweating like a warthog.I walked down my driveway and I saw the beach.The beach was high tide,so I asked my mum “can we got the beach” and  she said “yes” so quickly.I  ran to get my togs and towel to get ready to go.

Mum said should we make a lunch or buy lunch,I said make some  lunch.I wasn't bothered to go to the shop. so my mum made lunch we had chicken sandwiches,chips and cold Ice water.

We went to the beach and there was heaps of kids bombing of the rocks.I ran as fast as could to the rocks until I burnt my feet “hot hot hot hot hot” from the sand.It was boling hot that I did not wan’t to go on the sand again,only that day.so I manneged that I will just run across.

Then I jumped up onto the rock and started to bomb off.I was scared that when I bomb off I might stand on a crab.I saw heaps of kids from school I saw,Luku,Calvin,Simi,Logon,Lukus and much more.My mum called to have something to eat I ate only some chips and had a drink of water.Then I was verry sad because i had to wait for 20 miniets to go back in the water. Finally 20 was up so went for another swim.and then I had to go home.

2012 Manaiakalani

What I do differently now is writing on a google doc because normally I write with paper and pencil

I think about my learning is sometimes really good but sometimes I think differently.

2012 has really surprised me how we learn on mathwizz and xtramath.

What would I have enjoyed doing more this year is doing math every single day.


My goals for 2013 is trying my best at everything I do.

How has having a netbook/online learning helped you it has helped me because if you want to learn something you just have to look it up instead of looking through books or asking our teacher.


What has been the best thing about being a year 5 is you get to learn how to used a netbook.

Thank-you Chris and Watersafe Auckland for letting Pt England School to use the pool once a week.Mr Garth Jacobsen and Mr Malloy has been taking care of the pool.Mr Jacobsen always locks it up and Mr Malloy cleans up sametimes.


We had so much fun we learnt water safety,how to float,treating water,life jackets,raft building,waves and whirlpool.My class goes every Wednesday.
